Q: What is your role at PMSI, and what does your job entail?
A: I am a Print Operator. I use digital printing and software programs to set up and create materials per our customer’s orders. Part of my role involves ensuring that every print job meets PMSI’s high-quality standards, from color accuracy to timely delivery.
Q: What do you think makes our printing facility unique?
A: Our problem-solving, professionalism, and teamwork. We are great at delivering personalized service and handling challenging print jobs.
Q: What advice would you give someone interested in a career in printing?
A: Work hard and focus on the details—even the smallest of them. And always produce good quality work. Being detail-oriented and committed to quality are important.
Q: What is one thing you wish people knew about your job that they probably don’t?
A: The quality control for what I do – making sure the colors match the sample or fixing a pixelated picture. It’s a careful process so our customers are happy and get the product they want, and PMSI keeps being known for doing great work.
Q: What is your favorite thing about working with your team?
A: The teamwork and the continual growth and improvement. It makes for successful jobs for our customers and a great work environment for us.
Q: What sets your printing facility apart from the competition?
A: Our quality control procedures, problem-solving, and organizational skills differentiate us. We can handle projects quickly and efficiently, even the most challenging ones.
Q: What is the most important thing for a client to consider when choosing a printing/mailing partner?
A: The quality of the finished order. Customers should look for high-quality to make sure their jobs make the best impression on their customers.
Q: What are some of the things you enjoy most about working with clients in this industry?
A: The creativity of the logos, background, and other interesting details of the customer orders.

A: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and just generally enjoying life
